Privacy Policy

When you contact us through a form on this website (technical requirement form, architecture request, or integrator requirement form), we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, work email address, company, role, engagement model, industry, camera or stack details, your description of the requirement, and any footage or file link you attach.

When you book a call, the scheduling provider (Cal.com) processes the booking on our behalf; the booking details are shared with us so we can hold the call.

• For every visit, our hosting infrastructure processes standard technical logs (including IP address and request metadata) to operate and secure the site and to rate-limit form submissions against abuse.

• Responding to your enquiry and preparing a technical assessment - necessary for steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, where no contract is contemplated, in our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Operating, securing and preventing abuse of the website - our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Measuring website visitors with the Apollo.io analytics tool - only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

• If we engage you as a client or supplier, additional processing happens under our contract with you.

• This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Strictly necessary storage is limited to your cookie-consent choice.

• The visitor-analytics script (Apollo.io) is blocked until you accept it. If you decline, or take no action, nothing is loaded and no analytics data about your visit is collected.

• When you click a booking button, Cal.com may set its own cookies to operate the scheduler. These are set only after you interact with the booking tool.

• Your data stays with Gstream except where specialist processors help us operate: our hosting and managed database provider (form submissions and site operation), Apollo.io (visitor analytics, only after consent), and Cal.com (call scheduling). Each processor receives only what it needs to perform its function.

• We never sell your personal data, and we never share it for third-party advertising purposes.

• We may disclose data where compelled by law or to protect our legal rights.

• Enquiry and requirement submissions are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless a contract follows - in which case contractual records are kept for the duration required by French commercial and tax law. Technical logs are kept for a short operational period only. You can also ask us to delete your enquiry data sooner (see Your rights).

• Some of the providers named above may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on the transfer mechanisms recognised under GDPR (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) and select providers that offer adequate safeguards. You can request details of the specific safeguards by writing to hello@gstream.fr.

• This website is a business-to-business engineering service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

• We may update this policy as the site evolves. The date below always reflects the current version; material changes will be flagged on this page.
